What are the membership options?
We’ve got plenty of membership options for your goals and budget.
Our memberships are very simple. With any option you get access to all of our programs and classes.
Most common memberships are:
- Unlimited: attend as many classes or open gym sessions as you’d like.
- 3x Week: attend up to three (3) classes per week.
*Punchcards and weekly passes are also available if your schedule is less routine.
What is your workout programming like, and who writes your programming?
We are very proud of our results-based workout programming. Writing our own workouts (instead of buying or copying from other gyms) is one of the many things that make Fathom so special.
Our Head Coach writes our workout programming with input from the rest of the coaching team and the athletes. We analyze our athletes’ performance, goal achievement, and then craft our workouts.
We start by planning the entire year for strength cycles and special events (Hero workouts, competitions, etc.). We then plan to complete all 21 original CF “Girl” workouts as well as some extra Hero workouts and test our one-rep maximums.
A lot of planning and attention goes into our programming. You’ll love the effort the Fathom Staff puts into your fitness!
Do you have Open Gym times?
We do but, we strongly believe the most effective and safest way to train is under the watchful eye of a Fathom Coach while following planned programming.

Do you offer personal training?
Yes! Our coaches would love to work with you 1-on-1 so you can use the workout time you have to its best advantage.
Do I have to eat Paleo, Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free, anything that tastes good free?
Nope. It’s your health, so eat what you want…buuuuuut, we do advise that you eat a diet (everyday nutrition, not fad) that promotes muscle growth, fat loss, and limits your exposure to processed, genetically modified, or engineered food. I have an injury, can I still train at Fathom?
Ummm, have you met our owner Alec? The guy is legitimately disabled and he’s a workout ninja. So yes, you can do CrossFit with just about any limiting factor since all of our workouts can be scaled down (i.e. less reps, less weight) and modified (i.e. pull-ups with band assistance) to meet your fitness level or injury. In fact, Fathom takes pride in training wounded warriors and is a training HQ for WWP alumni, Challenge Athletes Foundation, Team RWB, and the Naval Hospital Wounded Warrior Battalion. If it can happen to the human body, chances are we’ve seen it and we know how to work with your injury and keep you training safely. Please send us a message to discuss your injury/limitations and we’ll develop a training plan to get you healthy!
Do you allow kids at the gym?
Yes for sure! We have a ton of members with kids in our gym community. We understand that you may need to bring your kids to class and if so, we simply ask that the little monkeys keep off the equipment and stay in the designated kid safe area. Otherwise, all unattended children will be given pixie sticks, a Red Bull, and a cowbell for your ride home (enjoy!).
